Tara Huntsman, APRN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a valued member of the bariatric and foregut surgical team. She provides comprehensive care to patients before and after surgery, focusing on evaluating labs and tests, monitoring weight loss, and identifying nutritional needs to support optimal health. Tara collaborates closely with the surgical team both in and out of the operating room to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah and a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with friends and family, embracing a holistic approach to health and life.
