Huntsman Cancer Institute offers gourmet catering, two onsite restaurants, The Bistro and The Point, and a Starbucks. Eating a healthy, well-balanced diet is an important part of reducing the risk of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. If you have been diagnosed with cancer, eating healthy will help maintain your body’s recovery between treatments, reduce complications, and improve your quality of life.

The Bistro

Located on the sixth floor of Cancer Hospital South, The Bistro has weekly chef specials, hot sandwiches and soups, a salad and potato bar, and a wood-fired oven for pizza and calzones. It also has many grab-and-go options. The dining area overlooks the patient patio and foothills of the Wasatch Mountains.

The Point

On the sixth floor of Research Building North, The Point offers daily specials, made-to-order sandwiches and wraps, a carver station, guest restaurants, and much more. The dining area offers floor-to-ceiling views of the entire Salt Lake Valley.
