Where Are We Located Inside Sugar House Health Center?
Our services are located on fourth floor on the south side of the building, rooms 410 and 411. When you arrive at the health center, our staff will help guide you where to go.
*Please note when scheduling your consultations that for non-cosmetic procedures, you will need to pay a co-pay. (Be sure to check with your insurance beforehand.)
