Offering Rehabilitation Support Groups in Utah
Support groups can be an essential means of ongoing support as you return to your home and community after rehabilitation. The local Salt Lake City community has many support resources available. Listed below are groups we commonly refer patients and families to for ongoing support. If you are not from the Salt Lake City area, your discharge planner will work with you to locate the necessary resources for ongoing support.

U of U Health Caregiver Support Group
This caregiver support group is designed to help you navigate the complexities and challenges of caregiving. The group offers a break from the demands of your caregiving role. We provide a safe, nonjudgmental and confidential space to connect and share your experiences with fellow caregivers. You can speak freely and find understanding without fear of judgment here.
