If you have a MyChart account and want to start a Virtual Urgent Care visit on your smartphone or tablet, follow these instructions:
- Open the MyChart app on your smartphone or tablet and log in. (If you don't have it, download the app for or .)
- Once you've logged into your MyChart account, tap "Appointments"
- Tap "Schedule an Appointment"
- Tap "Tell Us Why You're Coming in"
- Tap "Virtual Visit"
