I interviewed Dr. James Bale, residency program director for Pediatrics at UUSOM (at Primary Children鈥檚 Hospital) to discuss the impact that EPAC has on the students in 鈥渆xploring the elements of what it is to be a pediatrician鈥, how the Glasgow team teaches students to be pediatric interns, and what qualities are looked for in up-and-coming residents.
